0% Rates at Nevada Federal Credit Union, Plus Withdrawal Bonus

The race to the bottom has apparently been won by Nevada Federal Credit Union (www.nevadafederal.org). According to the Credit Union's Web site, as of March 5, all Share Certificate terms will earn a rate of 0.00% and the MoneyMaker account, which has a minimum deposit requirement of $5,000 to open, will also earn a rate of 0.00%.
According to Mike "Mish" Shedlock, writer of the blog "Mish's Global Economic Trend Analysis," and also as reported in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Nevada Federal Credit Union is paying savers a $25 bonus to withdraw between $25,000 and $49,999 or a bonus of $75 to withdraw larger amounts. The existence of these bonus offers have not been confirmed by eMoneyCentral.com.
