Ally Bank is the new name for GMAC Bank, the financial arm of General Motors. The Money Market Savings Account has no minimum balance requirements and no monthly fee. The account comes with a check card with a $6 ATM fee monthly reimbursement. Check writing is available and Ally Bank provides the first 50 checks for free.
