i have greendot visa debit card i bought at cvs it already cost me four dollars in fees in a week plus the cost of the card can i transfer the $96.00 i have on that card to open this account?

I have not had problems with Schwab other than my expectations of a high interest rate. Evidently there's enough money in their bank that they don't need to offer competitive interest rates any longer.
