Early Withdrawal Penalties
CD terms of one year or less will be charged three months simple interest.
CD terms of more than one year will be charged six months simple interest.
Renewal Policy and Grace Period
The bank may automatically renew the Account as of the stated maturity date for the same term, at the rate in effect on the maturity date. After an automatic renewal, there is a ten (10) calendar day grace period during which you can withdraw funds without being charged a penalty. The grace period begins on the day after the maturity date of your CD.
