The iChecking account is an online-only checking account that offers an excellent rate for a checking account.
The iChecking account features unlimited check writing with a free first order of checks (Up to $20), and free Bill Pay service with Online Banking.
Imperial Capital Bank requires a minimum deposit of $500 to open the iChecking account, but a minimum balance of $1,000 is required to earn interest.
There is also a monthly fee that customers need to be aware of. The monthly fee can be waived with Direct Deposit, $1,000 minimum Daily Balance, or $2500 Average Balance.
