The Square Savings account has no minimum balance requirements, no monthly fee, and only requires $1 to open.
When your Square Savings account is active you can easily transfer money into and out of your account with the funds transfer service which links the savings account to any of your other accounts at another bank. There are no limits on the number of accounts you can link to and checking, money market and savings accounts are all eligible for funds transfer sources.
You can expect a hold of 10 business days on your initial deposit. Subsequent deposits can be subject to temporary holds of 5 business days.
Only six preauthorized, automatic, computer or telephone transfers can be made from your Square Account to another account in any month.
