Early Withdrawal Penalties
Accounts with a term of 91 days or less will be charged 30 days' interest.
Accounts with a term of 92 days through 1 year will be charged 90 days' interest.
Accounts with a term of more than 1 year will be charged 180 days' interest.
Renewal Policy and Grace Period
The account will automatically renew on the initial maturity date or on the maturity date of any renewal term at the rate of interest then in effect for that term and class of account unless (1) it is withdrawn during the grace period or (2) the bank notifies you prior to maturity that the account will not be renewed.
Grace Period - You will have seven (7) calendar days after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty. During the grace period, the account will earn interest at the renewal rate then in effect for the account.
