Account Notes
OneWest Bank added a new online-only savings account at the end of 2010 called Green Savings. This online savings account can be opened with a minimum deposit of $100. After the first deposit, there are no minimums to maintain. As of 9-28-11, balances of $50,000 and more earn a higher rate. The Green Savings account does not come with check writing or an ATM/Debit card.
The minimum deposit to open a CD account is $1,000.
