I was for 25 years with them, but when they sent me a letter that are going to charge monthly fees, even with over $2000 monthly direct deposits, I moved out. I will not stay with a bank that charge the costumers, so their executives can get all those bonuses.

Citibank (branch and online) is getting worse and worse. Have been with them since 1995 and in recent years they have been creating more and more restrictions and fees. e-Savings rates have been hopeless. Soon Ultimate will be the same. CSR service is excellence only if you are CitiGold status. Glad that there are now many online banks to choose from.

As the largest financial institution, you would think the APY offerrings would be much better.
Transfer rate is a bit slow.
Security is very good.
