Early Withdrawal Penalties

If your account has an original maturity of less than three months, the bank may impose a penalty greater of 7 days interest on the amount withdrawn subject to penalty, if the withdrawal is made within the first six days after the deposit.

If your account has an original maturity of three months to less than one year, the fee the bank may impose will equal three months simple interest on the amount withdrawn subject to penalty.

If your account has an original maturity of one year or greater, the fee the bank may impose will equal six months simple interest on the amount withdrawn subject to penalty.

Renewal Policy and Grace Period

This account will automatically renew at maturity. Each renewal term will be the same as the original term, beginning on the maturity date. The interest rate will be the same as offers on new deposits on the maturity date, which have the same term, minimum balance (if any) and other features as the original time deposit.

You may prevent renewal if you withdraw the funds in the account at maturity (or within any grace period mentioned below) or the bank receives written notice from you within any grace period mentioned below.

You will have seven calendar days after maturity to withdraw the funds without a penalty.
